Show properties to Buyer
Conduct a pre-home inspection by our agent
Help Buyer select the ideal property

Create a negotiation plan based on Buyer needs and market conditions
Present Buyer’s offer to the Listing Agent
Ensure the Buyer’s Lender is available by phone in case finance questions are being asked by the Listing Agent
Overcome any objections to the offer presented
Respond/negotiate counter-offers and contract conditions
Prepare reviewed offer and addendums on behalf of the Buyer
Acknowledge ratified contract on behalf of the buyer
Manage the timely release of contingencies on behalf of the Buyer
Ensure Buyer has Certified Funds for the amount due at closing
Ensure Lender funds are received by the Title company in time for closing
Arrange and attend Buyer final Walk-Through prior to closing
Review Closing Disclosure and Estimate Worksheets for accuracy
Monitor closing so transfer of property occurs as planned
Once property recording is complete, deliver the keys
